Ferry company without ferries is like Brexiteer leadership without Brexit plan

By George ILIEV
Brexit Metaphor No 114.

Britain's Department for Transport awarded last month an emergency Brexit ferry services contract to a company with no ferries. But, hey, Uber doesn't own cars! And neither does AirBnB own any properties! So no big deal! Well, it woudn't have been too worrying if the company had at least some experience in managing ships - which it didn't. So after some political turmoil, the contract was eventually cancelled.

This is just one facet of the multi-faceted Brexit process, run by Brexiteer leaders without a real Brexit plan. So, if we would extrapolate this ferry fiasco to the entire series of Brexit shambles, should we expect Brexit to be cancelled as well any time soon?
